Join our team and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our valued guests.</p><ul><li>Greet and escort guests to their tables, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.</li><li>Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.</li><li>Serve meals and drinks according to established service standards.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of dining areas and side stations.</li><li>Upsell menu items and promote special offers to maximize revenue.</li><li>Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.</li><li>Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.</li><li>Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).</li><li>Assist in opening and closing procedures of the restaurant.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Service-focused personality with a passion for customer satisfaction.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).</li><li>Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management.</li><li>Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity.</li><li>Excellent reading, writing and verbal proficiency in English language.</li><li>Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><ul><li>Service oriented with an eye for details</li><li>Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team</li><li>Self-motivated and energetic</li><li>Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times</li></ul>
