Quality Assurance Specialist (Secret Clearance Required)-Remote Local to VA/DC/MD

Job Summary: 
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented QA Specialist to join our quality assurance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance through rigorous testing and inspection processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. This position is fully remote but candidates must be located in VA/MD/DC
Active Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance Testing:
• Develop, implement, and maintain testing protocols for products and processes.
• Conduct manual and automated testing to identify defects and ensure product functionality.
• Document and report defects and issues, and work with development teams to resolve them.
• Process Improvement:
• Analyze testing results and provide feedback to improve product quality and performance.
• Develop and recommend quality improvements based on testing outcomes and industry best practices.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance standards and procedures.
• Compliance and Documentation:
• Ensure that products comply with company standards, industry regulations, and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of testing procedures, results, and corrective actions.
• Prepare and present quality reports to management and stakeholders.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with product development, engineering, and production teams to ensure quality throughout the product lifecycle.
• Participate in design and code reviews to provide input on quality standards and best practices.
• Communicate testing results and quality issues to relevant teams and stakeholders.
• Training and Support:
• Provide training and support to team members on quality assurance processes and tools.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies related to quality assurance and testing.
