Job Description:

Location: Heartland Christian Tower located in Nashville, Tennessee

On-Call Requirement:
This position requires availability for on-call duties 24/7, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to respond to maintenance emergencies as needed.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform general maintenance tasks: carpentry, painting, light repairs

• Get vacant units move-in ready (cleaning, patching, and painting)

• Handle preventative maintenance and routine inspections

• Maintain common areas, landscaping, and grounds year-round

• Respond to work orders and emergency calls as scheduled

• Support vendors and service teams during on-site work

• Maintain maintenance records and safety compliance

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1–2 years of maintenance or janitorial experience

• Good mechanical skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Basic computer/tablet skills

• Valid driver’s license
