Salary: $99,000 - $145,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits

What You’d Do in This Role:

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer familiar with architecture and design that can clear the way for other engineers, helping our team further pursue our mission of creating digital products, providing hope to others in every walk of life. You will be responsible for tackling complex technical challenges, and mentoring fellow engineers, all while developing deep business and domain knowledge across our products. This person needs to be a natural born leader. Someone who is a tone setter and can provide proactive business solutions through the use of technology and a positive mindset around tackling the business challenges at hand.

You’re Probably a Match If:

• You have 7+ years of software engineering experience
• You have strong backend development skills, with experience in Ruby, Kotlin, Java, or similar languages (preferred, not required)
• You have desire to work in the code daily
• You have previous experience leading processes and mentoring other engineers
• You have excellent problem-solving skills, love teamwork, and have a positive approach toward overcoming business challenges
• You have a willingness to develop business acumen and domain knowledge in our products
