Total salary is 20.937€ gross per year</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>-Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential<br/> Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer queries with empathy<br/> - Positive attitude and willingness to learn<br/> - People Person - you enjoy working in a collaborative team environment<br/> - Tech savvy and analytical<br/> - English skills at C2 Level (Native or equivalent)<br/> - Candidates must be available to work in Barcelona (Spain).
