<h1>Internship - Customer Operations / Customer Success (m/f/x)</h1><p><strong>Department: </strong>Customer Success</p><p><strong>Employment Type: </strong>Internship</p><p><strong>Location: </strong>Mannheim</p><br/><h3>Description</h3>As an Intern in <strong>Customer Operations / Customer Success</strong>, you will be an integral part of our <strong>Solutions & Customer Success team</strong>, helping internal teams and clients implement smart, scalable workflow automations. You will work across departments to design and configure solutions that improve operational efficiency — from sales support to customer onboarding — and play a key role in enabling digital transformation at osapiens.<br/><br/>
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into practical, technical solutions using tools like Power Automate and other workflow platforms.<br/><h3>Your Responsibilities</h3><ul>
<li>Designing and configuring workflow automations to improve processes in sales support, customer onboarding and consulting</li>
<li>Translating business requirements into efficient, technical workflows and smart system solutions</li>
<li>Independently implementing small-scale automation solutions — beyond Excel — including scripts and logic-based tasks</li>
<li>Collaborating with business teams to understand technical needs and deliver solutions that create real impact</li>
<li>Supporting the continuous improvement of internal automation strategies and contributing to scalable system configurations</li>
</ul><br/><h3>Your Experience</h3><ul>
<li>Degree in a technical field (e.g., Business Informatics, Information Systems, Business Engineering or similar)</li>
<li>Solid understanding of programming logic and confidence in working with code — full-time developer skills not required</li>
<li>Ability to implement <strong>small-scale automation tasks</strong> that support customer-related processes</li>
<li>Practical experience with automation tools (e.g., Power Automate or similar) and software configuration</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and an outgoing, confident personality</li>
<li>A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently on technical tasks</li>
<li>English fluency required; German is a plus</li>
