Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

The Associate Manager, Warehouse Operations is responsible for the preparation and return of company assets and tasks surrounding events produced by Wasserman Live; and assisting in the facilitation of Warehouse spaces. This position will be required to handle inbound and outbound shipments, facilitate and maintain warehouse spaces, and quickly move from one task to the next.

This role requires an adept problem-solver that can self-start, work diligently, and on task. Please note, due to the nature of event delivery, there may be occasional need to work overtime hours to accommodate the delivery of projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Shipping and receiving operations
  • Load & unload trucks for events and process asset returns upon event completion
  • Collaborate with team members from all departments on assets needed for events
  • Manage and maintain warehouse workspace and conduct routine inventory counts
  • Delegate tasks to appropriate team members and provide crew guidance as needed
  • Complete work with basic hand and power tools
  • Complete pickups and deliveries as assigned
  • Complete cleaning and maintenance tasks on the warehouse space as needed
  • Assist in signage packaging
  • Assist in signage quality control procedures

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Experience with Shipping and Receiving required
  • Ability to lead small- to medium-sized crews, displaying advanced delegation and task leadership
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy with ability to memorize contents through repetition
  • Ability to use hand and power tools
  • Ability to drive company vehicles – up to 26’ box truck or 32’ gooseneck and truck
  • Must be able to lift 65 pounds, and team lift heavier items
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and work outdoors and in high and low temperature environments for the durations of shifts
  • Forklift certified or able to obtain forklift certification (training will be provided)
  • Highly adaptable and agile in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills
