Senior/Chief Sustainability Advisor

And do you wish to make an impact through specialist advisory and training frontline colleagues to provide sustainability advisory for Danske Bank’s business customers?  If yes, then we have an amazing opportunity for you!</p> <p>We are currently looking for a new Norwegian colleague in Sustainability Advisory, Business Customers. Your assignments will include specialist customer advisory on sustainable finance and ESG, training and being a sparring partner to our relationship managers while providing a Norwegian perspective on development of advisory tools, partnerships and products to support our business customers’ sustainability transition.</p> <p><strong>Support customers in their transition to sustainability </strong><br/>You will work in a Nordic team responsible for sustainability advisory across our SME customers and Commercial Real Estate. Your role will be cross Nordic but you will have a special focus on the Norwegian market. </p> <p>You will be specialized in green financing, regulatory requirements and the latest ESG trends to offer our customers relevant and impactful advisory services to support their sustainability transition. Furthermore, you will be a sparring partner to relationship managers and colleagues in Danske Bank to enable across the organization to deliver value for customers, Danske Bank and the planet.</p> <p><strong>Make ESG an integral part of our offering</strong><br/>Our aspiration is to be one of the leading banks in the Nordics within sustainable finance by making ESG an integral part of our advisory and product offering as well as mature our market position across the Nordics.<br/><br/><strong>What are we looking for? </strong><br/>We are looking for a candidate with experience in sustainability, a solid enthusiasm for the area and the willpower to make a change. </p> <p>You have solid business knowledge, sound banking experience and commercial insight.</p> <p>You have a natural desire to learn and are motivated through navigating complexity, while having a strong focus on execution.</p> <p><strong>Your profile:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum 1 year working experience with sustainability (requirement)</li> <li>Fluency in Norwegian and English (requirement)</li> <li>Solid understanding of bank and finance as well as business customers</li> <li>5+ years work experience</li> <li>Preferably relevant Master/HD degree or equivalent years of experience</li> <li>You have a customer centric mindset and the ability to handle multiple goals and tasks simultaneously</li> <li>You are an executor known for your motivation as well as your stakeholder management and organisation skills</li> <li>Business development experience is an advantage – not a requirement</li> </ul> <p>“In this role you have the opportunity to help shape Danske Bank’s sustainability advisory towards business customers across the Nordics.
