Overnight Valet Parking Attendant - The Westin

Overview

As an Overnight Valet Attendant at The Westin, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests during late hours. This role is responsible for providing a warm welcome, safe and efficient vehicle handling, and exceptional guest service throughout the night.

You will ensure the secure parking and retrieval of guest vehicles while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and professionally upon arrival and departure.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle locations and keys.
• Monitor the valet area to ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization.
• Assist guests with luggage or directions as needed.
• Communicate effectively with overnight front desk and security teams.
• Report any incidents, damages, or suspicious activity immediately.
• Follow all safety and driving regulations, including resort policies.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Must be able to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
