Job Description:

The Senior Project Manager oversees the coordination and administration of all planned and ongoing installations tasks and provides visual aip dashboard for Management to monitor tasks and timelines.

The Senior Project Manager communicates and collaborates with Project Managers and Senior Field Technicians to articulate the status of all installation efforts being accomplished on all Technical Instructions (TIs) and provides information and/or concerns to the Project Manager. 

The Senior Project Manager develops project plans, timelines, and budgets, coordinate tasks, resources and timelines. In addition, identifies, assesses and mitigates risks.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Eight (8) years of experience in project management associated with installations of shipboard combat/weapons systems and interior communication systems with structural and electrical components.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tool and techniques.
• PMP Certification

Education/Professional Certifications:

A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in engineering, computer science, math or business discipline.

Security Clearances: Secret required. 

Security Clearance:

Applicants must have an active security clearance and/or the ability to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance as specified in the minimum qualifications. Selected candidates will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to obtain a DoD government-granted security clearance. Individuals will be subject to a background investigation to include but not limited to, criminal history, employment and education verification, drug testing, and creditworthiness.
