Senior Research Engineer - Image/video enhancement

As a senior research engineer at InnoPeak Technology, you will be working on developing image/video enhancement algorithms for mobile devices.

Duties and responsibilities

· Work in a collaborative environment to develop cutting-edge deep learning algorithms for image/video enhancement.

· Work in designing, training, evaluating, optimizing, and deploying deep learning models for mobile use cases.

Requirements

PhD degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or master’s degree with 3~5 years of professional experience.

· Strong mathematical foundation in machine learning and deep learning.

· Track record of developing demanding deep learning algorithms and applications.

· Experience in developing deep learning algorithms for image/video enhancement, such as image/video denoising, image/video super-resolution, image/video HDR, image/video deblurring, etc.

· Experience in digital image/video processing, feature extraction, feature matching, and motion estimation.

· Experience with at least one of the deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch.

· Strong programming skills in Python, C/C++, Java, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in deploying deep learning algorithms on mobile platforms.

· Experience in quantization for deep learning models.

· Strong background in smartphone architecture.

· Strong track record of Android development.

· Publications in top tier international conferences and journals, such as CVPR/ECCV/ICCV/NeurIPS/ICLR/PAMI/IJCV, etc.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000-$300,000 + bonus + long term incentives benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
