Clinical Educators at BAYADA are Registered Nurses, Physical Therapists or Occupational Therapists assisting field and office staff in delivering exceptional client service and quality clinical care while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. You’ll be accountable for evaluating and developing field staff. Focused on the clinical competency of your staff as well as creating a warm, organized and welcoming office grounded in customer service, you’ll set the tone for your team’s success.
Qualifications:
- RN, PT or OT License Required
- 6 years management experience strongly preferred
- Minimum two years recent and verifiable clinical experience within a Medicare Certified Home Health office
- Knowledge of OASIS and Home Health/Medicare rules and regulations
- Prior Clinical Educator experience strongly preferred:
- Experience with staff orientation, clinical chart review, utilization review reporting, and quality improvement.
- Strong assessment and organizational skills
- Tech Savvy: ability to facilitate instruction using computer software and tablets
- Ability to navigate different learning styles and implement plans accordingly
- Demonstrated successful track record of working independently while taking on increased or diverse responsibilities
- Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
- Exceptional interpersonal savvy and communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable team player
