Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and articulate business challenges and needs, and translate these into detailed, data-driven Salesforce solutions. Act as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment of objectives.
• Gather and analyze data to identify potential opportunities for business expansion. This includes using Salesforce to track and report on relevant business metrics.
• Work to enhance and streamline business processes, especially those related to customer relationship management. This involves making strategic use of the Salesforce platform to support business goals.
• Lead and manage projects related to the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring that they meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Influence and engage with stakeholders to gain support for business projects. Coordinate with various teams to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of Salesforce solutions.
• Provide support to users of the Salesforce system, ensuring that they can effectively utilize the platform to achieve their goals.

Qualifications:

• Possess Salesforce Admin certifications, demonstrating expertise in the platform.
• Strong analytical skills to assess business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
• Ability to manage projects, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving business objectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address business challenges and find innovative solutions within the Salesforce platform.
• Knowledge of Salesforce architecture, service cloud, and data integrity principles.
• A bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field is often preferred.
