Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to fill the role of Business Analyst. This position is a key player in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and defining business requirements, translating them into effective technical solutions, and ensuring the overall success of our business applications.

Organizational Structure and Scope: 

• The Information Technology Group (ITG) comprises of Business Applications, Network & Operations, and Information Technology divisions; we support all business functions of Blue Yonder by focusing on building efficiencies in all processes.  We focus on people, process, and technology to collaborate and partner with our business users. 

• The team is structured to have application support, focusing on minor enhancements and break-fix requests and developers focusing on strategic projects.  Developers and support teams will ensure enhancements are produced to assist with roadmap and strategy. We are currently dispersed across Hyderabad, India, Scottsdale, AZ, and Waukesha, WI. 

• The immediate team is made up of 7 developers, and 2 support associates.  Many teams work closely with us to ensure success, providing further levels of support in applications, integrations, and infrastructure. 

Current Technical Environment: 

• Primary Applications: Salesforce CRM, Marketo, Quip, Conga CLM, Apttus CPQ 

• Other Applications: SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, ChatGPT, Enterprise Data Platform, Databricks, Azure Data Factory etc. 

• Frameworks: Agile, ITIL, ITAM

What you will do: 

Business Analysis: 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements. Ability to build the roadmap for the team 

• Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and identify areas for improvement. 

• Develop comprehensive business process models and workflow diagrams. 

Project Management: 

• Lead and participate in cross-functional project teams to implement business solutions. 

• Provide guidance on project scope, objectives, and timelines. 

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions. 

Communication and Collaboration: 

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding. 

• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present proposed solutions. 

Quality Assurance: 

• Perform thorough testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business requirements. 

• Identify and address any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner. 

Salesforce: 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Salesforce solutions  

• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM functionalities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience  

• Stay updated with Salesforce new features, and industry trends to recommend enhancements and optimizations 

• Oversee the configuration, customization, and administration of Salesforce environments. 

• Design and implement Salesforce configurations, customizations, workflows, and integrations to meet business needs 

What we are looking for: 

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field. 

• Over 5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in Enterprise Applications 

• Strong understanding of business processes, systems, and technology. 

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Proficiency in creating technical documentation and specifications. 

• Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
