Customer R&D Specialist

This is a temporary-based role for ~ 18 months

 

Key responsibilities:

• As customer R&D, you will act as the face of the customer by advising them on applications and the choice of the right products/developments.
• You will provide them with technical support and training (product range, applications) and technical services when needed.
• Working with the sales team and marketing, you will create new market opportunities by leveraging the customer network and product innovations.
• Working with Product Experts, you will deliver clear briefs as a base for NPI and organize the coordination of the projects internally and with the customer.
• Maintaining a good overview of customer capabilities, product portfolio, future projects, and launches will also be key.

 

About you:

• Master's degree in Food Science / Business administration or similar.
• 3+ years’ experience in the food industry.
• Experience in project management and leadership.
• Outstanding presentation skills.
• Experience in client interaction.
• Good knowledge of working tools (MS Office, Salesforce, SAP).
• Fluency in business English. Knowledge of any other language will be an asset.
