Aftermarket Support Rep - Parts

Primary Responsibilities

 

• Research and respond to inquiries from distributor/customer as they relate to parts.
• Consistent communication with materials group for the purpose of relaying information to the customer regarding shipping dates, order status, and expediting orders.
• Work on special field/market research projects, including but not limited to parts marketing and development.
• Train and educate branches in software use as well as general education of the parts ordering and distribution process.

 

Minimum Qualifications

 

• 2-4 years experience
• High School graduate or equivalent

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

• 4 years of Customer Service Experience
• 2 years of Parts Sourcing/Ordering Experience
