Senior Developer, Cloud Journey and Success (Helsinki/Oulu)

<p>We are seeking three experienced Senior Azure Developers to join our Cloud Journey &amp; Success team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in designing and executing the migration of existing applications to Azure, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives. This includes re-architecting applications to fit cloud-native architectures and re-platforming applications to leverage Azure’s full capabilities, thereby enhancing performance, scalability, and maintainability. </p> <p> </p> <p>This opportunity is available in Helsinki or Oulu. Aligned with OP-wide practices, we work in a flexible manner, combining both office days and remote work.</p> <p> </p> <p>Responsibilities </p> <p> </p> <p>-  Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative Azure solutions. </p> <p>-  Direct and collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless and on-schedule deliveries, employing agile methodologies. </p> <p>-  Design and oversee the implementation of continuous integration and deployment pipelines using Terraform and GitHub Actions. </p> <p>-  Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. </p> <p> </p> <p>Required Skills </p> <p> </p> <p>-  Several years of experience with Cloud services such as Azure Functions, Databases, Azure App Services, and Azure Kubernetes Service. Leading development projects with mentoring and team-leading experience is beneficial but not mandatory. </p> <p>-  Expertise in cloud architecture, microservices, event-driven architectures, and Kubernetes container orchestration. </p> <p>-  Excellent programming skills in at least one of the following languages: C#, .NET, Python, Java, or TypeScript, tailored for scalable cloud applications. </p> <p>-  Proficiency in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines with Terraform and GitHub Actions. </p> <p>-  Strong understanding of Azure security management practices. </p> <p>-  Experience in large-scale cloud migration projects. </p> <p>-  Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. </p> <p>-  Commitment to high standards of code quality and delivery, including proficiency in unit testing and using frameworks like Jest for robust software solutions. </p> <p> </p> <p>What We Offer </p> <p><br/> We prioritize the growth and development of our employees, ensuring that everyone can progress in their careers.
