Aptiv Krakow also hires over 650 specialists who support our global business operations (finance, accounting, logistics, IT and purchasing) and help us succeed.</span></p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Processing Intercompany (Allied) transactions and reconciliations between parties</span><span>;</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Preparing and checking intercompany statements</span><span>;</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Ensuring that all Allied (Intercompany) transactions are processed in </span><span>a timely</span><span> and efficient manner</span><span>;</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Monitoring </span><span>Intercompany</span><span> processes </span><span>like </span><span>Idoc</span><span> and ICR processes</span><span>;</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Analyzing and resolving intercompany imbalances</span><span>; ensuring no</span><span> </span><span>variances in ICP report above threshold</span><span>;</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Tracking aged items, variances and fixing them; escalating as needed</span><span>;</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Reconciling general ledger accounts</span><span>;</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Assisting</span><span> in and coordination of audit processes by providing/collecting requested documentation and </span><span>additional</span><span> explanation</span><span>;</span><span> </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Develop and </span><span>maintain</span><span> department accounting procedures and manuals (SOPs).</span></span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Requirements:</b></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Experience in accounting 3+ years </span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Working experience </span><span>in AP </span><span>or</span><span> AR</span><span> </span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>University degree in Finance </span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</span></span><b><span> </span></b></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Excellent oral and written skills </span></span>in English</p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>SAP knowledge </span></span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Why join us?</b></p><ul><li><p>You can grow at Aptiv.
