Revolution Medicines is a clinical-stage precision oncology company focused on developing novel targeted therapies to inhibit frontier targets in RAS-addicted cancers. The company’s R&D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) Inhibitors designed to suppress diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins, and RAS Companion Inhibitors for use in combination treatment strategies. The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Senior Director of Patient Services, the Director, Patient Services Operations will be instrumental in the design, implementation, and oversight of the company’s Patient Support Program (PSP). This role will lead the operational strategy for all patient-facing support services, including hub operations, copay assistance, and the free drug PAP program. A critical component of the role will be establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring all vendor partners operate in full alignment with established SOPs and business rules. The Director will also lead data integration, analytics, and reporting to ensure operational transparency and program optimization.
Responsibilities:
Program Design & Execution:

Contributes to the design and lead end-to-end implementation of RevMed’s patient support programs in anticipation of first commercial launch.

Translates strategic goals into operational frameworks that ensure a high-quality patient-centered experience.

Develops, implements, and maintains Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to align PSPs with state and federal regulations and needs of the specific oncology patient population. Communicates all SOP requirements and updates to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring 3rd Party compliance with all applicable SOPs. Additionally, ensures that all 3rd Party personnel complete all training required by SOPs including appropriate documentation to enable continued compliance.

Develops and implements plans, policies, procedures, budgets, and performance for accounting tracking processes.

Manages and ensures there is a high level of focus on customer service and client relations.
Vendor Oversight & Performance Management:

Helps select, onboard, and manage all third-party patient support vendors (hub, copay, PAP, and data aggregator).

Establishes and monitor KPIs and operational metrics to track vendor performance and patient experience outcomes.

Ensures vendor compliance with all SOPs, contractual obligations, and legal/regulatory standards.
Patient Services Operations:

Oversees operational and data components related to the PSP, including:

Case Manager engagement

Oral oncology and CDx benefits verification

Prior authorization (PA) and appeals support

Commercial copay assistance

Third-party foundation referrals

Nurse educator engagement

Free drug provision through PAP for qualifying patients

Data & Analytics Reporting:

Leads data integration across all PSP partners to ensure consistent, real-time access to key program data.

Develops and maintains dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs, identify trends, and guide strategic decisions.

Delivers regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders, including Field Reimbursement, Market Access, Sales, and Executive Leadership.
Cross-functional Collaboration:

Serves as a strategic partner across Field Reimbursement, Market Access, Sales, Legal, Compliance, and Specialty Pharmacy (SP) teams.

Drives alignment on program strategy, implementation, and communications to ensure seamless patient and provider experiences.
Governance & Compliance:

Develops and maintain robust SOPs, business rules, and governance structures to support audit readiness and operational excellence.

Works in partnership with Legal and Compliance to ensure all activities are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Required Skills, Experience and Education:

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, or similar) preferred.

8+ years' relevant commercial operations experience, within the pharmaceutical or oncology industry, industry including experience managing operations related to patient service programs.
