We're looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Investor Relations & Strategic Finance to join our Finance team. This is an individual contributor role which will be based at our headquarters in San Jose, CA. Reporting to the VP, Investor Relations & Strategic Finance, you'll be responsible for:

• Support the VP, Investor Relations & Strategic Finance and the CFO in developing, maintaining and enhancing relationship with sell side analysts and buy side investors
• Develop close cross-functional relationships with Product Management, Sales, Corporate Development, Legal, Public Relations and Finance
• Develop a strong understanding of SaaS revenue models and perform in depth analysis of fundamental metrics including ACV, ARR, Revenue, Billings, Operating Profit and Free Cash Flow
• Develop strong company and sector expertise to understand strategic, operational and financial developments of the company

• Gathering and assessing market intelligence from equity research and investor and analyst engagement
• Contribute to the processes related to quarterly earnings, conference presentations, management briefings and other relevant public company documents.
• Build M&A integration models. Work with the corporate development team to develop an understanding of the target's operating model, market opportunity, product, functional structure, and long-term strategic direction in relation to market development.
• Work with FP&A to track progress against the financial model and report on benefits achieved for each M&A transaction.

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) 

• 5+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Equity Research in any public/private company

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• 8+ years of experience working in the tech sector or SaaS companies with cloud-based service offerings in security, networking, or connectivity; Operational knowledge of cloud networking and security with ability to dive into product, understand business needs and drive decisions.
• Work in ambiguous environment and provide structure.
• Garner support and secure buy-in across team members.
