Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for developing and maintaining the e-commerce module within the TikTok app, focusing on features such as product browsing, search functionality, and order placement to enhance the shopping experience.
- Lead and oversee the development of the TikTok Shop, ensuring high-quality code and best practices.
- Architect and design scalable and efficient solutions to improve user experience and application performance.
- Guide and mentor a team of mobile developers, providing technical direction and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other stakeholders, to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the highest level of application performance and stability.
- Drive continuous improvement in the development process, implementing new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
- Lead the implementation of A/B testing and user feedback loops to iteratively enhance the app.

Qualifications

-BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years Mobile App development experience and 1 years of experience of managing or tech-leading a software engineering team.
- Extensive experience as a Mobile Developer, with a proven track record of leading successful mobile development projects.
- Proficiency in Objective-C or Swift.
- Demonstrated experience with performance and memory tuning of complex applications.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience leading technical teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and across different teams.

Preferred Qualification:
- Hybrid cross-platform development experience is a plus.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $212800 - $389500 annually.​

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
