About the Role:

We are seeking a versatile and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a broad range of digital marketing skills—from content creation to community engagement—who thrives in a flexible and collaborative environment. You’ll play a key role in shaping our brand presence, driving engagement, and keeping up with marketing trends and tools.

We also offer an opportunity to become Wix Certified.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management:
  

  • Create and post engaging static and video content across social platforms
    

  • Manage a consistent publishing schedule using best practices
    

  • Research and implement social media trends and platform updates
    

• Video & Graphic Content Creation:
  

  • Edit and repurpose video content for various platforms (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
    

  • Design visually appealing graphics using tools like Canva, Adobe, or similar
    

• Community Engagement:
  

  • Respond to comments and messages, encourage audience interaction
    

  • Foster a positive and growing online community
    

• Trend Research & Strategy Support:
  

  • Stay on top of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes
    

  • Propose new ideas to increase reach, engagement, and conversion
    

• Website Support (Training Provided):
  

  • Optional: Complete Wix Certification (paid training provided)
    

  • Support minor updates and edits on our Wix-based website
    

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, especially social media management and content creation (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)
  

• Strong video editing and graphic design skills (reels, stories, carousels, etc.)
  

• Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  

• Organized, reliable, and proactive
  

• Fast learner with the ability to self-manage and take initiative
  

Nice-to-Have (Not Required):

• Experience with Wix or interest in becoming Wix Certified
  

• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and/or analytics tools
  

• Knowledge of SEO and content optimization
