Location:   Germany/Hanau  Remote work: Hybrid Organization: Sales    

 

Main Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and be accountable for delivering the Key Account Plan for the Designated Key Account externally & internally for Europe as well as in the home country. Main tasks will be to deliver the numbers, to execute and deliver the operational plans/strategies and be responsible for the achievement of the objectives: Annual Plan in terms of Volume, GP, DSO. 
• Own the Key Account Plan, implement and support a guidance for all Goodyear sales teams and be the leader of the cross-functional team including Marketing, Finance and Pricing with tasks such as developing the pricing strategy per SKU, deploying the marketing plan, making sure of the financial viability of the projects, analysing market data and own Goodyear internal tools to maximize the results.
• Develop solid understanding and knowledge for all European (key) markets of the designated Account and join (important) local negotiations if needed. Be regularly in contact with the local key account managers of the designated account and maintain a bilateral communication flow.

 

To Join Our Team You Will Need:

Experience

• University higher education 
• High level of English & German (spoken and written)
• Experience in Sales Key Account Management (At least 5 years)
• Experience in the Car Dealer Industry as an advantage
