Description
ABA Pathways, LLC is looking for a detail oriented, adaptable administrative professional who brings energy to their job and is looking to learn and grow within our Company! JOB DUTIES:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to management and other staff
- Complete the schedule for all clients, including ABA line therapy, ABA supervision, and ABA family guidance
- Create and maintain staff schedules, including but not limited to checking schedules for accuracy
- Answer general phone inquiries using a professional and courteous manner
- Direct phone inquiries to the appropriate staff members
- Communicate with client’s families sensitive matters such as session cancellations, client-related incidents, client illness, and other relevant issues
- Assist families and staff with appointments, including helping collect guardian signatures
- Greet patients/suppliers/visitors to the organization in a professional and friendly manner
- Sort incoming mail, faxes, and courier deliveries for distribution
- Prepare and send outgoing faxes, mail, and courier parcels
- Conduct basic cleaning duties, including but not limited to disinfecting and organizing, vacuuming, wiping down commonly used surfaces, and take care of emergency cleaning situations
- Receive, store, and organize the office supplies ensuring that basic supplies are always available
- Organize clinic storage cabinets and rooms
- Coordinate the maintenance of office equipment and furniture
- Scan, upload, and file confidential client and staff documents while maintaining their privacy
- Be an exemplary role model for Pathways policies, procedures, and values
- Maintain appropriate and professional boundaries with client families in the center and on social media to avoid dual relationships or other unethical situations.
- Other intentional duties as assigned
Requirements
REQUIRED AVAILABILITY:
- Part-time position (25 hours) that will increase to full-time (40 hours) in the fall
- Monday through Friday from 8:30AM - 1:30 PM
- Starting in the fall, Monday through Friday from 7AM - 3:30PM
