We view our winning culture as a competitive advantage that powers our growth. </p><p></p><h1><u><b>Key responsibilities:</b></u></h1><p></p><ul><li><p>Participate in and engage with associations relevant for our Power Tools and accessories:</p><ul><li><p>EPTA European Power Tool Association</p></li><li><p>ZVEI Zentral Verband Elektro Industrie</p></li></ul></li></ul><p></p><ul><li><p>Participate in international, European, and national standardization and working groups</p></li><li><p>Facilitate the exchange of information between us and associations, suppliers, customs, customers, distributors and SBUs</p></li><li><p>Inform global development teams, EMEA organization on new standards and trends for upcoming changes and requirements which influences our business</p></li><li><p>Handling approvals, implementing and managing the approval process, as well as participating in product reviews</p></li><li><p>Ensure product compliance by monitoring CE/CB certifications and reviewing manuals and technical documentation for adherence to standards and regulations</p></li><li><p>Support engineering on technical changes and provide advice on standards and regulations</p></li><li><p>Plan and review approval costs while ensuring deadlines and cost targets are met</p></li></ul><h1></h1><h1><u><b>Requirements:</b></u></h1><p></p><ul><li><p>Degree in Engineering, Technical, Environmental Studies, or a related field</p></li><li><p>Extensive experience in the consumer products field</p></li><li><p>Experience in product certification and/or working with associations is desirable</p></li><li><p>Willingness to travel as required by business needs</p></li><li><p>Excellent command of spoken and written English</p></li></ul><p></p><p>#LI-AC1</p><p>#TTI-EMEA</p><p>At TTI, we are committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
