Global Partner Performance Management Specialist

About the role

Oracle is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented professional to support global partner programs that drive revenue growth and customer success across our partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and experience working with partners or cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Strategic Partner Onboarding & Enablement

  • Support onboarding activities for Oracle’s strategic partners by coordinating materials, readiness assets, and internal processes.
  • Assist Partner Account Managers and Partner Development Managers in preparing new partners to engage with Oracle programs, tools, and operational workflows.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the L2/L3 community structure by helping organize resources, communications, and enablement sessions.

Enablement of New Programs, Tools, and Processes

  • Assist in the rollout of new partner programs, systems, and tools to Level 4/5 partners.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure partners receive clear guidance, documentation, and support during implementation.

Program Feedback Support (Internal & Partner)

  • Help gather and document feedback from partners and internal stakeholders, identifying recurring themes and areas for improvement.

Executive Reporting

  • Contribute to the preparation of partner performance metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting materials, including updates to the partner strength map.
  • Drive the development and adoption of the Weekly Snapshot SharePoint hub, streamlining cross‑team reporting into a unified, easily accessible entry point.

Contract Negotiation, Governance & Execution

  • Provide administrative and coordination support during partner contract negotiations, ensuring documentation is accurate, complete, and aligned with program requirements.

PMO Community Support

  • Participate actively in the PMO community by sharing best practices, supporting knowledge‑sharing activities, and helping maintain operational standards.
  • Assist in the development and upkeep of PMO tools, templates, and methodologies that improve consistency and efficiency across the organization

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 2-5+ years of experience in partner program, strategic partner management, ecosystem operations, or other similar strategic roles, with proven impact driving business results.
  • Demonstrated ability to support teams across complex, global environments.
  • A track record of collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams on operational and enablement efforts.
  • Exceptional communication skills and executive presence—confident working with teams at Oracle and partner organizations.
  • Ability to analyze, prioritize, and execute on multiple requests and workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical, operational, and structured decision-making skills, comfortable navigating ambiguity and multitasking.
