Senior Manager Global Compensation & Rewards

Poland -Warsaw

As Manager Global Compensation & Rewards, you will take an expert role in shaping, enhancing, and governing our global compensation landscape. You will oversee all aspects of compensation across regions, ensuring alignment with our total rewards philosophy, market competitiveness, and evolving regulatory requirements. You will work in close partnership with the Rewards team, who plays a key role in the operational execution and continuous development of reward processes and programs. Together, you will ensure effective delivery, consistent standards, and ongoing enhancement of global compensation and benefits structures. This role can be performed fully remotely within Poland. 

The salary for this position ranges from PLN 22 000 to PLN 25 000 gross/month (UoP), depending on the candidate’s relevant experience, skill set, level of expertise and overall fit for the role. Additional factors such as industry background, technical competencies and interview performance may also influence the final offer. The compensation package at Simon-Kucher CBS consists of a gross base salary, a monthly remote work allowance and an annual bonus. The bonus is paid in December and is based on the results of a 360-degree performance evaluation.

How you will create an impact:
  • Compensation Strategy, Processes & Governance: Own and continuously enhance global compensation frameworks, bonus and incentive programs, and salary review cycles, ensuring alignment with total rewards strategy, market benchmarks, and consistency across regions while acting as a senior advisor on complex compensation topics.
  • Compliance & Regulatory Requirements: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (including EU Pay Transparency Directive) and drive the development of fair, transparent pay structures in close collaboration with regional HR, Legal, and Finance.
  • SAP SuccessFactors (Compensation Focus): Own and optimize the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module and related EC structures, ensuring system readiness, high data quality, and continuous improvements in collaboration with IT and HR teams.
  • Benefits & HR Projects: Contribute to global benefits and rewards initiatives (e.g. mobility, allowances), ensuring alignment with total rewards strategy and supporting data-driven decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Management & Communication: Partner with global and local stakeholders to align on compensation topics, drive decision-making, and deliver clear, structured communication while handling sensitive matters with discretion.
Your profile:
  • Several (at least 6–8) years of experience in HR, with strong focus on Compensation & Benefits in a global or regional role.
  • Proven experience in managing or significantly contributing to global compensation frameworks, bonus programs, and reward cycles.
  • Strong understanding of compensation benchmarking, market practices, and total rewards principles.
  • Experience with regulatory topics (e.g., EU Pay Transparency Directive) is a strong plus.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Employee Central (EC) modules.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills, with the ability to translate data into insights.
  • Experience in international and/or matrix organizations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Clear, structured, and confident communication style.
