About the role

As a pivotal member of our Operations team, you will enhance Customer Experience and strategic communications by providing operational support to the field team. A day in the life will consist of internal and external communications, solving customer concerns, ensuring operational compliance, and tackling administrative tasks. Your multitasking, communication, and organizational skills will be essential for team success!

This position reports directly to our Operations Business Manager. However, as a member of the team, you’ll work closely with other inspiring senior leaders. That means you’ll have the opportunity to learn from our growing team at all levels of the organization. While each person within our franchise plays an individual role, we demand relentless commitment to how we also grow as a team—now over 900 people.

What you will do

Everyone who joins our team is responsible for creating value, regardless of their role. But that looks a little bit different for everybody. As an operations administrator you will be responsible to:

• Works directly with the Operations and Field team for projects as assigned
• Assist in internal and external communications, ensuring feedback and concerns are addressed.
• Collaborate with internal teams for various customer-related concerns.
• Ensure organizational compliance with federal and local regulations through ensuring necessary permits, posters, and signs are up to date and posted in shops.
• Coordinate and ensure necessary marketing materials are posted at shops.
• Assist in updating toolkits, maintaining Band chats, and content creation.
• Troubleshooting operational problems and resolving issues and conflicts.
• Day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient processes. 
• Works directly with the Field and other teams for projects as assigned.
• Share your wins, failures, and adjustments with the whole team to help everybody learn and improve.
• Whatever else it takes to support your team and the whole company.

Requirements

Physical Requirements

• Constant sitting or standing (up to 8 hours)
• Occasional stooping, kneeling or crawling
• Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting or carrying up to 50 lbs
• Occasional ascending or descending ladders or ramps
• Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing or rotation of the wrist(s) spine
• Constant computer use and keyboarding
• Constant receiving detailed information through oral and written communication
• Constant talking, expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word
• Constant clarity of vision at near and/or far distances
• Being physically present in office for up to 30 hours per week
• Occasional cash handling requiring mental math skills
