Under the supervision of the VP of Commercial Enablement will help design, optimize, govern and implement HeartFlow’s commercial strategies and tactics to drive growth in existing accounts. #LI-IB1; #LI-Remote

Job Responsibilities:
· Account Growth Strategy: Lead cross functional efforts to develop and implement a holistic existing account growth strategy that supports the company's commercial goals and US growth objectives.
· Sales Process Optimization: Assess and refine sales processes to maximize growth, improve efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.
· KPI Development: Partner with commercial operations to define, measure, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the account management organization.
· Sales Playbooks: Develop impactful sales playbooks that provide sales teams with actionable guidance on driving growth in the category and adoption of Heartflow’s products.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales leadership, marketing, commercial operations and customer success, to ensure strategic alignment across commercial organization and strong execution.
· Content and Collateral: Collaborate with marketing, sales training and product teams to develop sales collateral, presentations, and other materials that empower the sales organization to effectively communicate our value proposition.
· Technology Enablement: Evaluate, implement, and manage sales enablement technologies, such as CRM systems and sales analytics tools, to improve sales team productivity and performance.
· Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt and refine the commercial enablement strategy accordingly.

Skills Needed:
· Proven experience in strategy, marketing, sales enablement, sales training, or a related role in a leadership capacity
· Strong understanding of sales & marketing methodologies, processes, and best practices.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Strategic thinker with a track record of driving revenue growth.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.

Educational Requirements & Work Experience:
· Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
· Minimum 7 years of experience in a marketing, sales or commercially focused role within healthcare

The pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience and training; skill sets; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the yearly base compensation range is $180,000 to $240,000.
