You will work closely with IoT business stakeholders, network teams, and external partners, providing </span><span>expertise</span><span> in device technology while supporting troubleshooting activities and driving harmonized device requirements across all Telia markets.</span></span><span> </span></p><p></p><p><span><span>You will </span><span>be responsible for</span><span> defining and creating standardized device requirements based on 3GPP and GSMA specifications. You have a strong customer experience-oriented mindset, a passion for quality assurance, and a data-driven approach to device optimization. Your ability to engage with device vendors, drive cross-functional collaboration, and develop verification processes will be essential to success in this role.</span></span><span> </span></p><p></p><p><span><span>Your Experience and Skills:</span></span><span> </span></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Education &amp; Industry Experience. </span><span>Master’s degree in engineering</span><span> or equivalent experience in telecommunications, with a strong background in mobile and IoT devices.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Quality Assurance &amp; Troubleshooting. Hands-on experience in device quality assurance, including functional, performance, and stability testing, as well as log analysis and troubleshooting for cellular technologies such as 5G, 4G, 3G, and 2G.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Technical Expertise. </span><span>Proficiency</span><span> in cellular modem tracing/debugging tools such as QXDM, ELT, and SDM, and strong knowledge of 3GPP and GSMA specifications like IR92, IR94, and IR51.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Automation &amp; Development. Solid experience in Python scripting, Linux environments (Bash shell scripting, routing, iptables, and Docker), and working with cellular network emulators like </span><span>Amarisoft</span><span>, Anritsu, and Keysight.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Communication &amp; Collaboration.
