This dynamic environment presents you with a constant stream of new challenges and opportunities to tackle, ensuring that your work remains engaging and relevant. </p><p>As a <strong>(Senior) Project Manager </strong>at Roland Berger you will:</p><ul><li><p>Take the lead for modules in larger projects, and complete project management of smaller projects (typically leading three to five consultants), with a specific focus on automotive. </p></li><li><p>Take an active role in business development efforts. </p></li><li><p>Coach and develop the consultants in your project teams. </p></li><li><p>Have direct client contact and lead presentations during client meetings. </p></li><li><p>Work closely with industry experts at Roland Berger. </p></li><li><p>Contribute to Roland Berger’s knowledge development by capturing insights and drawing lessons from client work. </p></li><li><p>Participate in office-wide projects (e.g. in-depth studies on current topics) that further develop Roland Berger or its thinking in a specific area or sector. </p></li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Who we seek</strong></p><p>At Roland Berger we are looking for people who are genuinely interested in our clients and their challenges, have an entrepreneurial spirit and want to work
