Job Description

We are looking for a QA Engineer - Sportradar AudioVisual products with an experience in software testing and the creation of test concepts.

As the QA engineer in a new squad focusing on security and the applicant will help us to deliver high-quality stable solutions to our internal and external clients. The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of security aspects as well as previous QA experience. The role requires the ability to fully understand business requirements and translate them into test cases and user acceptance tests.

THE CHALLENGE:

• Interpretation of business requirements, refinement, and feedback to the product team

• Test cases and user acceptance tests creation based on business requirements

• Plan, execute, and report testing activities against functional requirements including regressions, performance, and system integration

• Execute final acceptance testing

• Provide support to the product team with testing newly created product features/functionality

• Close communication with the QA team, development team, product team, and management often located in other offices around the world

• We are not looking for manual testers but QA automation engineers

YOUR PROFILE:

• 2+ years of QA software testing experience

• Good knowledge of Python or JavaScript or Golang

• Technically oriented, proactive, and enthusiastic, with extreme attention to detail

• Experience using a testing-related toolset (JIRA, GIT, Jenkins, test trail, etc.)

• Experience with testing REST services and good API´s knowledge

• Ability to test system performance and stability

• An individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies

• Good spoken and written communication skills in English

• Self-motivated, organized, able to handle multiple priorities

Beneficial skills:

• Preferably experience with automated testing

• Experience with CI/CD

• ISTQB Foundation Level

• Docker

• Ability to test system performance and stability

• Experience with agile/iterative development methodologies

• The ideal candidate is passionate about software testing and has made this their chosen profession

• A positive, enthusiastic attitude, computer expertise, and good interpersonal communication skills

• Self-motivated, organized, able to handle multiple priorities

The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement, overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
