Sr. Quality Assurance Specialist for Service Enablement
In this role you
Will drive key transformation initiatives, CAPAs, and Quality process changes. In addition, this role will focus on driving engagement with the Health Systems Businesses to achieve new levels of collaboration between Service, Quality, and Legal Manufacturer functions.
Your role:
• Lead quality-related escalations related to Commercial Operations: installed base, sales & distribution, parts ordering & returning processes, order management, warranty exchanges, etc.
• Own and drive quality initiatives such as Quality Transition plans supporting transformation initiatives, process improvements, identified key areas of risk, and the like
• Work collaboratively across Regions to ensure standardization of processes and sharing of service-enabling best practices
• Support and drive internal CAPAs to closure within procedural requirements for all non-conformances pertaining to team functions/process; or as assigned by management.
You're the right fit if:
- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Quality Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Science or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience with Bachelor's OR 3+ years of experience with Master's in areas such as Medical Device, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Quality Audit, Compliance Coordination or Warehouse Operations or equivalent.
- Experience with CAPA, QMS, Post Market, Service Operations.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Office/Remote position.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $109,000 to $152,000, Annually.
The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $120,000 to $168,000, Annually.
The pay range for this position in Plymouth, MN is $114,000 to $160,000, Annually.
The pay range for this position in Mississauga, ON is $114,000 to $168,000, Annually.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
