About the role

Position Summary:

This part-time, 0.925 FTE position functions as a professional liaison between Fort Lewis College and local and regional schools to support Dual Enrollment and Educator Pathways.

This position supports the FLC Strategic Plan priority regarding community connections, including Dual Enrollment and meeting community priorities. It also supports state mandates requiring Dual Enrollment be available to all high school students equitably.

Dual Enrollment work focuses on building and expanding equity-centered, early college pathways for high school students—particularly first-generation and low-income youth—interested in exploring early college opportunities. Strategic next steps for this role include increasing the numbers of dual enrollment students who enroll at FLC and expanding demographic and academic representation to include more students who could be first-generation college students.
