Maintenance Engineer

Where will you work: Onsite: Mulberry, FL

The Maintenance Engineer provides technical support for plant facilities mechanical or electrical systems (rotating and stationary) to increase the facility's overall reliability. Tasks relating to this job include equipment inspections, preventative maintenance improvements, auditing maintenance work, troubleshooting equipment upsets/inefficiencies, investigating equipment failures with root cause analysis, and project management. 

What will you do?

• Work closely with mechanics and department maintenance leadership to support overall maintenance program
• Apply technical knowledge to optimize daily maintenance tasks and improve equipment reliability
• Troubleshoot equipment issues
• Provide guidance to production team on routine equipment care
• Scope, plan, schedule, and supervise maintenance projects

What do you need for this role?

• Bachelor's degree required, major in Mechanical Engineering, preferred
• Proven communication skills both verbal and written, extremely organized, good interpersonal skills, cooperative, able to work with and lead cross-functional teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Experience with SAP S4 Hana preferred
• Industrial maintenance experience preferred

Engineer I

• 0+ years of related experience required.
• Experience in related co-op or internship is preferred

Engineer II

• 2+ years of related experience. (related experience may consist of phosphates, fertilizer, sulfuric acid manufacturing industry, or chemical processing

Engineer III

• 4+ years of related experience. (related experience may consist of phosphates, fertilizer, sulfuric acid manufacturing industry, or chemical processing)

Engineer Senior

• 8+ years of Engineering experience related experience may consist of phosphates, fertilizer, sulfuric acid manufacturing industry, or chemical processing)
