Maintenance Laborer

Description

 Snyder Industries, Inc., a leader in providing high-quality machined components to the heavy equipment industry, is seeking a Maintenance  to join our first-shift team. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, safety-conscious, and eager to support our operations team. 

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain coolant tanks.
• Change filters on machines and equipment.
• Provide hands-on assistance to other team members as needed.
• Perform general shop and facility upkeep tasks.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Report any unusual situations, safety concerns, or defective materials to supervision.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to use hand tools and follow written/verbal instructions.
• Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

Salary range: $20-$27 per hour depending on experience
