Senior React Developer

<p>We are looking for a Senior React Developer to join our growing frontend team. You’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications using React.js and modern JavaScript technologies. You will work closely with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver scalable and performant solutions that provide an excellent user experience.</p><p></p><h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Design and implement responsive, maintainable, and reusable front-end components using React.js and TypeScript. </li><li> Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. </li><li> Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and maintain a consistent design system. </li><li> Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. </li><li> Implement state management solutions (e.g., Redux, Zustand, or Recoil). </li><li> Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following best practices and coding standards. </li><li> Participate in code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and contribute to architectural decisions. </li><li> Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs or GraphQL services. </li><li> Stay up to date with the latest frontend technologies, trends, and tools.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><strong>5+ years of professional experience</strong> in frontend development, with at least <strong>3 years using React.js</strong>. </li><li> Strong proficiency in <strong>JavaScript (ES6+)</strong> and <strong>TypeScript</strong>. </li><li> Experience with <strong>React Hooks, Context API, and functional components</strong>. </li><li> Solid understanding of <strong>HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks</strong> (Tailwind, Styled Components, etc.). </li><li> Familiarity with <strong>state management libraries</strong> (Redux, Zustand, MobX, or similar). </li><li> Experience working with <strong>RESTful APIs</strong> or <strong>GraphQL</strong>. </li><li> Understanding of <strong>frontend architecture, performance optimization, and testing frameworks</strong> (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress). </li><li> Knowledge of <strong>Git</strong>, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development processes. </li><li> Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. </li><li> Fluent in <strong>English</strong>, both written and spoken. </li></ul><h3><strong>Nice to Have</strong></h3><ul><li> Experience with <strong>Next.js</strong> or <strong>React Native</strong>. </li><li> Familiarity with <strong>Docker</strong>, <strong>Kubernetes</strong>, or <strong>cloud environments</strong> (AWS, Azure, GCP). </li><li> Background in <strong>UI/UX</strong> or design systems. </li><li> Contributions to open-source projects or a portfolio on GitHub.</li></ul>
