Our role is to  build the bridge between business processes, data management and customer master data systems, focusing on simplification and compliance.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><strong><span>Main responsibilities in this role:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span>Design and implement IBM InfoSphere MDM solutions (both Physical and Virtual MDM models) and BPM/BAW UI.</span></li> <li><span>Customize and extend MDM functionalities using MDM Workbench, Java &amp; XML.</span></li> <li><span>Develop and deploy MDM services &amp; business rules.</span></li> <li><span>Implement data stewardship, survivorship rules, match-merge logic and hierarchy management.</span></li> <li><span>Integration &amp; Data Management.</span></li> <li><span>Integrate MDM with upstream/downstream systems using SOAP/REST APIs, MQ, or Kafka.</span></li> <li><span>Collaborate with ETL teams (e.g. IBM DataStage, Informatica, or Talend) for data synchronization.</span></li> <li><span>Provide technical guidance and code reviews to junior developers.</span></li> <li><span>Optimize MDM performance, troubleshoot production issues and manage upgrades/patches.</span></li> <li><span>Participate in solution architecture discussions and propose best practices for data quality &amp; scalability.</span></li> <li><span>Work closely with data architects, business analysts and QA teams to deliver robust MDM solutions.</span></li> <li><span>Prepare technical documentation including design documents, test cases and deployment guides.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><span>Technical Skills:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span>Core MDM Expertise:</span><br/> <ul> <li><span>IBM InfoSphere MDM (v11.x or later).</span></li> <li><span>MDM Workbench, MDM Server, BAW / BPM.</span></li> <li><span>Suspect processing, Task management, Match/Merge, Data Stewardship.</span></li> <li><span>Java/J2EE, XML, XSD, XSLT.</span></li> <li><span>REST/SOAP Web Services.</span></li> <li><span>IBM MQ, Kafka, or similar messaging frameworks.</span></li> <li><span>Oracle, DB2, or SQL Server.</span></li> <li><span>Integration with DataStage or equivalent ETL tools.</span></li> <li><span>Eclipse, RAD (Rational Application Developer).</span></li> <li><span>IBM WebSphere Application Server.</span></li> <li><span>Jenkins, Git, JIRA, Maven.</span></li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><strong><span>Who you are</span></strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p><strong><span>Your background and skills include:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span>5+ years working experience designing and developing IBM MDM Development.</span></li> <li><span>Preferred experience working with Java, PLSQL, CSS, SQL.</span></li> <li><span>Good competency in Java Webservices with advanced Excel skills.</span></li> <li><span>Sound understanding of master core data management concepts.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><span>It would be ideal if you also have:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span>Experience in analysis.</span></li> <li><span>Experience in Test Driven Development and Behaviour Driven Development.</span></li> <li><span>Experience in SAFe.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><strong><span>What we offer</span></strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span>Collaboration.
