They work to provide products and services for these partners, bringing customers and helping them to have more corporate clients.<br/>The PEX (Partner Experience) team's mission is to improve the Partner experience, streamline processes, and implement strategies to elevate Partner satisfaction and engagement with Wellhub.<br/></span></p> <h1><span><strong>YOUR IMPACT</strong></span></h1> <ul> <li><span>Build scalable, maintainable architectures, and write clean and readable code.</span></li> <li><span>Bring expertise in architecture and design process.</span></li> <li><span>Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve services focusing on performance, scalability, and stability.</span></li> <li><span>Spread development best practices such as code reviews, pair programming, TDD, etc.</span></li> <li><span>Ensure successful delivery of projects, and promote the long-term technical health of our services.</span></li> <li><span>Support existing systems looking to enhance functionality, increase scale, and transform in new ways to meet our product demands.</span></li> <li><span>Create new services and capabilities to meet emerging needs as our business grows.</span></li> <li><span>Have technical influence over other engineers, by sharing his experience and knowledge.</span></li> <li><span>Take part in incident resolution and troubleshooting in production.</span></li> <li><span>High responsibility to keep systems reliable, scalability, SLA, and SLO.</span></li> <li><span>Ensure a high bar on code quality standards.</span></li> <li><span>Work to solve technical debts in the engineering backlog.</span></li> <li><span>Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues.
