<p>Ford Central and Eastern European Sales LLC is looking for a</p>
<p><strong>Senior R&D CapEx - Global Finance Analyst</strong></p>
<p>to join our <strong>Research & Development</strong> <strong>Finance team</strong> in our<strong> Szentendre</strong> office.</p>
<p><strong>What will be your roles and responsibilities in the team?</strong></p><ul><li>Coordination of monthly global capital spending reporting: monthly global CapEx actuals and updated forecast to the R&D controllers including issue-to-issue, forecast vs budget/target, R&Os etc.</li><li>Perform reconciliation of Investment System to General Ledger & Sub-Ledger to ensure reporting accuracy </li><li>Co-ordination of regional CapEx team inputs into Global forecast </li><li>Reporting of global actuals and global forecast net spending to corporate cash team for cash flow planning purposes</li><li>Preparation of management decks</li><li>Support Segment & Regional reporting of allocations and ensure that the spending is aligned globally, support development of directions for capital spending allocations consistent with the financial manual</li><li>Support Product Cycle Plan development incl. variance walks</li><li>Develop and update global capital spending inventories; ensure alignment with Product Cycle Plans</li><li>Support Program Gateway Reporting,</li><li>Fulfill the lead GPID (Global Product ID – Investment program) admin role in Planisware: update all requested changes (eg. GPID child creation, extension, GPID child description update, Job#1 & Job Last date changes & activation)</li><li>Control functions at quarterly Job#1 and Job Last review</li><li>Support external financial reporting (SEC 10Q/10K) incl. property footnotes (eg. fixed asset walk), including but not limited to Capital Spending and Net Property</li><li>Support PWC on CapEx and Net Property related items – quarterly exercise</li><li>Support US Census (ACES) submission on Capital Spending and related items – annual exercise </li></ul>
<p>Are we looking for you?
