Job Title: Sales Leader

Our company is seeking a highly motivated Sales Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in management duties, coaching sales, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing the sales team and ensuring that sales targets are met

- Coach and mentor sales representatives to improve their performance

- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

- Meet and exceed personal sales targets

- Participate in daily bonus opportunities

Requirements

EDUCATION and/ or EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet/ exceed sales quotas.

SALARY/ BENEFITS:

• Base Salary Range $13.00 hourly
• Base + Commission (Hourly Pay and Commission Paid Weekly)
• Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Benefits eligible after 60 days
