The Global Security Organization provides industry-leading cybersecurity and business protection services to TikTok globally. Our organization employs four principles that guide our strategic and tactical operations. The Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance team is responsible for working closely with cross-functional partners to manage security risks to ensure we meet all industry cybersecurity compliance standards and government regulations through developing governing policies, implementing the security control framework, conducting security risk and control assessments, and staying up-to-date on global compliance initiatives.

The Governance, Risk, & Compliance (GRC) Security Policy Enforcement Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting ByteDance's global cybersecurity policy enforcement and validation efforts. In this role, you will identify cybersecurity issues related to security policies and procedures and work to ensure operational compliance. You will be a great fit for this role if you are enthusiastic about:

Responsibilities
As a Governance, Risk, & Compliance (GRC) Security Policy Enforcement Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring and assessing compliance with cybersecurity policies and controls to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Ensuring effective communication, understanding, and enforcement of all cybersecurity policies and controls through the execution of cybersecurity audits, reviews, and assessments
- Modifying cybersecurity policies to align with business practices identified through comprehensive testing processes and assessments
- Collaborating with control testing teams to establish a cohesive testing framework, minimizing duplicative efforts and optimizing information sharing for enhanced outcomes
- Serving as a subject matter expert on cybersecurity policy enforcement and controls, providing guidance and recommendations to cross-functional partners
- Preparing and presenting cybersecurity metrics, reports, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Staying up-to-date on global cybersecurity legislation, threats, vulnerabilities, trends, and best practices to proactively evolve the cybersecurity policy program

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience supporting cybersecurity policy programs with in-depth knowledge and experience of regional laws and regulations and cybersecurity stand
