About the role

The Executive Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the success of each search and the project management of team assignments. The Executive Recruiting Coordinator wears many hats and is involved in leading highly confidential projects while also playing a crucial role serving as the central point of contact for Oracle executives / Board members, executive candidates, and the team members. They consistently provide an excellent candidate and customer experience. They are highly skilled at communicating effectively and upholding confidentiality and professionalism, while following the appropriate process/guidelines for each assignment. This is a specialized role that requires several years of experience, executive presence and the ability to handle multiple high-level projects at once, across multiple time zones.

  • 5+ years of related experience. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives and their support team.
  • Retained search or similar professional firm experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated creativity in problem solving, resourceful and strong organizational skills.
  • Process-oriented with a strong ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments.
  • A high sense of urgency while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and reliable follow-up.
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication.
  • Proficient in desktop applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email messaging tools, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level project coordination support to the Oracle executive recruiting team across multiple time zones. 
  • Schedule and coordinate logistics for all interview-related activities.
  • Work directly with Oracle executives and executive candidates by providing an excellent, high-touch experience serving as central point of contact throughout the interview process. 
  • Leverage internal recruiting databases to create and update candidate data; utilize and organize shared folders; format profiles, reports and lists. 
  • Partner with Oracle executives, executive assistants and interview teams to ensure a great candidate experience. 
  • Work proactively, anticipating needs to effectively manage time and search assignments.
  • Exercise the utmost discretion regarding all executive recruiting matters.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $24.62 to $48.03 per hour; from: $51,200 to $99,900 per annum.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
