Job Description
AECOM has a fantastic opportunity for a Global Talent Partner (Talent Management / Learning) to join our team in Dallas, Texas to support us to successfully deliver our talent strategy. Our Talent and HRBP teams work in partnership with business stakeholders to develop and engage our most important asset – our people.
This role will require an in office presence consistently (at least three days per week is expected) in our Dallas office.

Working closely with the Senior Strategic Talent Resource Lead and Global Head of HRBPs and TA, the main responsibilities of this role will include but are not limited to:
Project manage and support the delivery of some of our key global talent management activities including internal talent identification globally, cross-functionally and cross-regionally, succession and career development initiatives.
Develop a strong network of global internal talent to facilitate the promotion, progression and internal movement of critical roles.
Develop a strong understanding of our high potential talent across the organization
Preparation and delivery of business updates or activity check-in calls, with stakeholder groups across all levels.
Prepare periodic progress reports on other key talent items.
Coach and consult leaders and people managers on talent management, performance and development so they can lead the organization to meet established business targets using best practice techniques and processes.
Leverage change management and organizational development tools to facilitate organizational redesigns, team integrations and new manager assimilations.
Support the talent review process and create plans to develop and deploy our key talent and address succession gaps.
Understand existing workforce and work with managers to anticipate program wins and losses to redeploy resources.
Work with Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers and Resource Directors to ensure robust, efficient, process that secures the key talent we need to manage the business.
Other talent/hr programming support/management as required
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including 2 years of leadership experience. 5 years of experience must be within a Talent Management or Learning function.

Strong project management, delivery and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage competing tasks.
Self-drive and excellent attention to detail.
Able to work as part of a team, and a personal drive to deliver excellence.
Proven ability to work at pace and with agility.
Effective communication skills with the ability to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Demonstrate excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.
Experience using the Workday HRIS would be preferred.
