We believe that doctors should be freed from the long hours of paperwork to connect with their patients. The same idea goes for the rest of our team, too. What You Will Be Doing

As a Physician Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to craft amazing user experiences to delight Frontier members.  We have embraced the direct primary care model and have created relationships with companies across the entire Rio Grande Valley. 

• Deliver exceptionally thorough medical care to Frontier members through a proven direct care process that doesn't include hours of note-taking or billing headaches. (Shhh! We actually despise admin work!)
• Communicate directly with your patients by phone, text and email. Cut through the red tape and be released to practice medicine the way you have always wanted. No barriers.
• With a limited patient panel, feel empowered and have the autonomy to diagnose chronic disease while it is still reversible, curing people for life. 
• Be a hero! Make home visits for homebound patients, house calls for moms with babies, office visits for busy professionals. 
• Have the time to learn and perform the procedures you've always wanted to do.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to constantly improve and hone your craft. 
• Manage a patient panel limited to 800 members with the assistance of a full-time Medical Support staff, giving you the time to provide excellent, thorough care.
