The following position is to join our Raytheon team:
Raytheon - Advance Products Solution (APS) is seeking a Program Management - Integrate Product Team Lead (IPTL) Principal Specialist to manage Proprietary Programs across multiple functions within the Electro Optical/Infrared (EO/IR) Solutions Sub-Strategic Business Unit (SSBU).
The portfolio manages a group of programs for proprietary customers that includes development, upgrades, production, operations and maintenance (O&M) support, and continuous improvement. The area covers sustainment, software, field support, technical support, and improvements necessary to maintain the readiness and availability of assets to meet the customer mission.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
• Assist the Program Manager (PM) to implement programs that meet business financial goals
• Participate (or lead) weekly Program Performance Reviews (PPRs), quarterly Estimate at Completion (EACs), and continuous attention to financial and follow through performance
• Maintain and report statuses of all items in flow
• Monitor and manage throughput while continuously looking for ways to improve efficiency and cycle times
• Assist the Program Manager (PM) while meeting customer commitments and contract deliverables as well as actions associated with program reporting and cost / schedule control
• Assist the proposal/capture manager actions, manage projects and task orders for technology development and insertion, and initial/low-rate production management of cross functional integrated product teams
• Aid to coordinate with Proprietary Programs PM’s and lead IPTL’s to support continuous production and reliability improvements, factory and field test equipment, operation and maintenance manuals, and engineering activities
Work Location (Hybrid): McKinney, TX (selected applicant will work with the hiring manager to set a schedule). Relocation is not available for this opportunity

Basic Qualifications:
• Typically requires a BA/BS degree (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) Degree Preferred)
• Minimum 5 years prior relevant experience with people leadership and managing budgets (such as developing schedules, estimating and analyzing costs, monitoring and reporting integrated cost/schedule progress, etc)
• Minimum 2 years of Project Management experience
• Experience working with Microsoft Office Suites (excel, power point, etc)
• An active and transferrable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for the required security clearance
