The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services Process and Systems Transformation (PST) Team:

RTX has an opening for a Principal Specialist, ABAC Engineer - NextLabs (Principal Specialist, Cyber Security Control) position.

You will be responsible for defining and implementing the SAP strategy for data protection, dynamic data masking, entitlement management, and identity-driven enforcement. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in deploying in NextLabs products DAE, DAM deployments. 

What You Will Do

  • Lead the implementation of tools such as NextLabs and SAP UI Masking.
  • Assist in designing, architecting, configuring, and deploying the NextLabs solution.
  • Design ABAC policies and implement solutions addressing GT and Privacy requirements.
  • Provide technical expertise during BU deployment phases.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex compliance and security challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate compliance requirements into enforceable policies.
  • Administer and maintain security technologies to ensure performance and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, SAP security standards, and procedures.
  • Travel up to 25% - 50%

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Minimum of 8+ years’ experience applying SAP security features and best practices and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) or related discipline or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree.
  • Understanding the concept of Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) and experience in deploying policy-based access control within SAP Landscape.
  • End to end Implementation experience in SAP security and compliance tools such as - NextLabs, SAP UI Masking.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Implementation experience in SAP security and compliance tools such as - NextLabs,  SAP UI Masking.
  • Experience in SAP Security and Compliance arena covering Attribute Based Access Controls, Role Based Access Controls areas.
  • Experience providing technical security expertise and oversight for complex, cross-domain, heterogeneous networked environments in collaboration with Customers, the Information Technology (IT) Department.
  • Ability to travel 25%-50%
