Human by nature.  <br/>  </p> <p> </p> <p>Senior Research Technician - Fragrance Encapsulation M/F/D</p> <p>We are looking for a true science enthusiast, an intrepid researcher, and a data handling expert to join our product development team in Argenteuil (Paris). If you are a "Swiss Army knife" of research and development, love working in the lab, and have a passion for exploration, we have the perfect mission for you.</p> <p> </p> <p>Reporting to the Team Leader Develop &amp; Process, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Participate in projects for new fragrance encapsulation systems in the development phase of our research program.</li> <li>Develop new methods to manufacture fragrance microencapsulated products with less waste.</li> <li>Conduct bold experiments to create tomorrow's products.</li> <li>Use Design Of Experiment (DOE) approach to test process suitability for large-scale use.</li> <li>Master data manipulation, uncovering valuable insights to guide our decisions.</li> <li>Collaborate with purchasing, production, and regulatory affairs teams to enhance our projects.</li> <li>Never settle for the status quo but always try to improve and push boundaries.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>You?</p> <ul> <li>Educational background in polymer chemistry, material science, or engineering, with experience with research.</li> <li>Significant experience as a Research Technician or scientific degree including BSc or MSc.</li> <li>Good knowledge in both chemistry and physical chemistry.
