ProSidian Seeks a Drilling & Boring Crew Supervisor  | Field Drilling Operations & Safety Compliance [PCBOCC0042041] for Program Support on a Exempt 1099 Contract: No Overtime Pay Basis Technical Element located CONUS - Pasco County Across The South East  Region supporting Pasco County in enhancing performance, resilience, and sustainability of its water, wastewater, and reclaimed water systems through comprehensive engineering, planning, environmental, and digital transformation services..

Seeking Drilling & Boring Crew Supervisor candidates with relevant Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure Sector Clients such as PCBOCC.  This as a Technical Element or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Field Drilling Operations & Safety Compliance Functional Area Professional - Geotechnical Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Geotechnical (Drilling & Boring Crew Supervisor ) in the Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure Industry Sector focusing on Environmental Services Solutions for clients such as Pasco County Board of County Commissioners (PCBOCC) | Pasco County Utilities Generally Located In CONUS - Pasco County and across the South East  Region (Of Country/World).

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Drilling & Boring Crew Supervisor  | Field Drilling Operations & Safety Compliance [PCBOCC0042041]

• Supervise field crews during drilling and boring operations for site investigations.; Ensure safety, production quality, and compliance with drilling protocols.; Coordinate logistics, equipment maintenance, and sampling collection.

Qualifications

Desired Qualifications For Drilling & Boring Crew Supervisor  | Field Drilling Operations & Safety Compliance [PCBOCC0042041] (PCBOCC0042041) Candidates:

• Field certification or technical training in geotechnical or construction drilling.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

• 7+ years in field drilling with supervisory experience; OSHA 30 preferred.

Skills Required

• Drill rig operation, soil sampling, safety protocols, field documentation, rig maintenance.

Competencies Required

• Field leadership, reliability, safety enforcement, mechanical aptitude.

Ancillary Details Of The Roles

• Liaise with geologists and engineers for boring locations and sampling instructions.
• Train junior crew members and enforce operational safety standards.
