Manager of Maintenance, Repair, and Operations

TITLE:  Manager of Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO)

REPORTS TO:  Director of Engineering

BASIC FUNCTION:  Responsible for leading the Company’s Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) function, including the administration and implementation of MRO and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). Oversees downtime tracking across all manufacturing platforms, integration with ERP systems, and ensures standardized maintenance processes across all facilities. Serves as the primary liaison between Operations, Maintenance, IT, and plant leadership with regard to the MRO/MES/CMMS/Downtime systems and data.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing administration of the Limble CMMS and related MRO systems across all facilities.
2. Oversee downtime tracking processes and tools for all manufacturing platforms and verify data accuracy.
3. Coordinate closely with IT to design, maintain, and improve integrations between MRO/MES systems and ERP platforms.
4. Configure and maintain MRO system modules, including preventive maintenance schedules, work orders, and spare parts management.
5. Configure and maintain MES modules for production tracking, quality control, and equipment data acquisition.
6. Design and maintain data flows between MRO, MES, and ERP systems.
7. Develop and deliver training programs for system users.
8. Provide ongoing support to end users, troubleshooting issues, and identifying opportunities for process and system improvements.
9. Create and maintain operational dashboards and reports to track key maintenance metrics.
10. Standardize maintenance processes and best practices across all locations.
11. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, and Maintenance, to execute system upgrades, new feature deployments, and process changes.
12. Work with vendors to evaluate, select, and implement new tools and/or interfaces to support MRO objectives.
13. Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Engineering. Comply with all activities related to product safety, legality, regulatory compliance, and quality.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or Technology, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in maintenance, engineering, or MRO system administration
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance scheduling, spare parts management, and downtime tracking processes
• Familiarity with ERP system integration
